Around Town: Cabana Bay Hotel

One of the great things about Orlando is that you can go into any resorts and have a relaxing weekend. This weekend, we went to Cabana Bay Beach Hotel. This is one of the best hotels I have ever been to. The vibe and decor immediately puts you in a mood that you are in a colorful 1950s hotel. This hotel is great for anyone who is going to a theme park. It is also a good option for a great staycation. The first thing I thought when walking into the hotel was that I am in an “I Love Lucy” episode. It was all of my dreams come true. The resort is filled with vibrant colors, neon signs, and 1950s tunes. As soon as you arrive into the hotel lobby, it is light, airy, and inviting.

There were so many things to do in the hotel. I was amazed with the variety of things that were available for all age ranges. The first area we decided to see is the pool area. It is seriously the best resort pool I have seen in awhile. The pool area has a variety of activities such as cabanas to rent, a pool bar, and many other activities. They also have a bowling alley that is seriously to die for. I wish we had more time to stay and enjoy the bowling alley, it was so much fun. They also had a gym, the coolest Starbucks, plenty of places to eat, and amazing two pools. I am so glad I was able to visit this resort. Staycation is a great way to travel within your town and do it with plenty of style. Let me know about your favorite hotel for having a relaxing vacation.

  1. Never been to this place but that place looks very vibrant to relax and unwind. Looks like you had a great time there!

  2. We went to a resort for the first time this year and I have to say I wish we had been doing it for every vacation. I love the 50s theme, especially all the cool retro cars. Such a cool place to visit.
