20 Ways to Put Spring Back into Your Step

We have all been having a hard time finding new ways to connect and become more like ourselves during this time of quarantine. I have gathered a few new ideas on how I am making sure this spring 2020 turns out the way it should have always been. I think it’s important to find things that make you happy and take away the burden of being at home. I wanted to share a few to add a little pep in your step. 

  1. Refresh your nails once a week.
  2. Take a break in the middle of the day for self-care.
  3. Read old treasure books.
  4. Stop binging and start creating or doing whatever you love.
  5. Indulge in some wine or chocolate.
  6. Start gardening.
  7. Be a writer of your own journey and start journaling.
  8. 2 hours without phone access, work on anything else.
  9. Face time family or friends. 
  10. Try a new workout.
  11. Set up your workstation outside and get that vitamin D. 
  12. Find a day and night routine that works for you.
  13. Sleep in on the weekends.
  14. Learn a new beauty routine. Master that wing liner.
  15. Take out once a week. One less meal to cook and clean.
  16. Do something nice for a stranger. Just anything simple.
  17. 10 min clean up with music blaring.
  18. Learn a new pinterest recipe,craft or DIY. 
  19. Take to younger days and play dress up.
  20. Learn a new or old dance (be tik tok famous).

  1. I am the absolute worst at taking care of myself and have definitely lost a lot of the spring in my step. I love that this list considers the whole person and gives realistic, but meaningful tips on things to do.
